30 days, no questions

If Plures isn't right for you, email support@plures.app with your license key (or the email you bought with) within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't need a reason.

Studio licenses

Studio purchases are fully refundable within 30 days. If your team has partially deployed, we'll refund pro-rated by unused seats.

Mac App Store purchases

Apple handles App Store payments, so App Store refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you feel that's wrong, email us — we'll figure something out.

Renewals

Update-year renewals ($25) are refundable within 30 days as long as no update has been installed under the renewed window.
